About Us

Healthcare Professional
Casey Gilbert, MSN, FNP-C
I am a nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, including a decade as a nurse practitioner. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a broken, sick-care-focused healthcare system that often prioritizes symptom management over true wellness, leaving patients sicker and underserved. My own experiences as both a provider and a patient within this system inspired me to seek advanced training in women’s hormone health and weight loss. My expertise in these areas allows me to provide care that is both comprehensive and transformative, focusing on root causes rather than temporary fixes.
Personally, I follow a lifestyle centered on hormone health, balanced nutrition, and strength training—the three essential pillars I believe are necessary for living a life of vitality and well-being. My goal is to empower women to take control of their health and thrive at every stage of life!

We are a cash-based practice and do not accept insurance. This model enables us to provide the high-level, comprehensive, and personalized care that often isn’t possible within the traditional insurance-based system. By removing the limitations imposed by insurance companies, we can ensure that every patient has access to the necessary treatments and medications without unnecessary barriers. As a self-pay practice, we prioritize spending the time needed to truly understand your needs and deliver the quality care you deserve, free from the restrictions of the “sick-based model” of care.
At this time we cannot take patients with Medicare insurance for any of our services.
We accept credit/debit cards, HSA, and FSA. We do not accept cash, check, paypal, or venmo.
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a treatment designed to restore hormonal balance, particularly for women experiencing symptoms of menopause, perimenopause, or other hormone-related conditions. HRT can help alleviate symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, low energy, and sleep disturbances. It is tailored to each individual’s needs and may include bioidentical hormones for a more natural approach.
Our Medical Weight Loss program uses GLP-1 medications, which are FDA-approved and clinically proven to support weight loss by:
Reducing appetite and cravings
Slowing digestion to promote a feeling of fullness
Improving blood sugar regulation
This program is suitable for both men and women who are struggling to lose weight through traditional methods. It is supervised by healthcare professionals to ensure safety and effectiveness.
If you experience symptoms like irregular periods, unexplained weight gain, acne, or difficulty conceiving, you may have PCOS. The first step is to schedule a consultation with us. We will:
Conduct a thorough evaluation, including blood tests and a review of your symptoms
Provide a clear diagnosis and explain your options
Create a personalized treatment plan to address your unique needs
Early intervention and proper management can significantly improve your quality of life.
Results from Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) can vary depending on the individual and the specific symptoms being addressed. Many women begin to notice improvements in symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and energy levels within 4-6 weeks. However, optimal results may take 3-6 months as your body adjusts to the treatment. We monitor your progress closely and make adjustments as needed to ensure the best outcomes.
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a chronic condition, but it can be effectively managed with the right treatment plan. While there is no cure, many women experience significant symptom relief and improved quality of life through:
Lifestyle changes, such as diet and exercise.
Hormonal therapies to regulate periods and reduce symptoms like acne or excess hair growth.
Weight management strategies to improve insulin sensitivity.
With proper care, many women with PCOS lead healthy, fulfilling lives.
